Resistance Bands

Ganbaru resistance bands make it easier to optimise your training outside of the gym, with minimal equipment. 

Increasing or decreasing resistance is simple. Use the carabiners to change to a lighter or heavier band, or group multiple bands together. 

There is a set of padded ankle/wrist cuffs and a door jam to help anchor the bands for more versatile training at home.
